How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 5 days for any reason by sending us an email at info@r3plus.co. You cannot cancel an order if the product has been opened because of health protection reasons. If we have already shipped the order, the customer will bear the cost of returning the package to us. For more information, please check our terms and conditions and refund policy.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! You will see the postage fee and estimated duration when submitting your order. If this is unavailable please email us at info@r3plus.co. Bear in mind that you might be liable for local duties and taxes. Also familiarise yourself with rules around the import of NMN in your local country as we do not take responsibility of a failed import.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship the next business day of receiving your order. Orders shipping within Malaysia will be delivered within 2-4 business days. International orders can take up to 10 business days and you will receive a tracking link to check the status and location of your order.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We will reimburse your payments less the cost of the shipping fees, within 5 working days from the date on which we receive the returned product from you. You should bear the costs for returning the product to us. You cannot return an order if the product has been opened and is therefore not suitable for return because of health protection reasons.
